How do I contact you if I have a question?

I am new to Where do I start?

Anyone can browse our website and search through all retail listings through the menus or via search bar at the top of our website. Account creation is free and easy – our login/register page, found by hovering over “My Account” in the top right hand corner, will direct you to creating an account if you so choose prior to shopping. Once you have created an account, you can also add items to “My Wishlist” to save for later. However, these items may still be ordered by other customers.

How do I refine my search?

Simply click the magnifying glass next to the search bar to bring up search options and categories, or browse from the drop-down menus.

Can I shop without creating an account?

You can create an account after adding items to your cart, upon checkout, or check out as a guest. Simply click “Add to Cart” when you find an item you desire, and items will automatically be added to your shopping cart.

How do I register?

When you are ready to place your order, click the “Login & Check Out” link, and follow the on-screen instructions by filling in the fields (a credit card is NOT required) and agreeing to our terms and conditions. Registering will speed up the checkout process for you and also enable you to subscribe to MeiGray’s mailing list for product updates, sales and more.

What payment methods are accepted?

The MeiGray Group accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card and PayPal payments through our secure checkout. Money Orders and Checks are also accepted forms of payment.Please note: Items purchased with certified funds (money order or bank check) will be shipped within 48 hours upon receipt. Personal checks will be held for 15 business days upon receipt.

What is MeiGray’s Privacy Policy?

We take multiple steps to ensure our customers’ privacy. Knowing that game-worn jerseys and equipment can be a desired commodity, we go a step beyond the boilerplate legal terms of your average auction website. This is our professional guarantee to you that your identity, personal information and payments will never be revealed or accessible to anyone. We are conscious of the fact that our customers’ information and data has never been more at risk in the digital age of the 21st Century, with our new website featuring state-of-the-art encryption in all transactions. The same applies for auction bidding. It is our policy to put the customer first, no matter what. For this reason, it is our policy to decline to answer customer questions about who purchased a specific item. We also preserve all consignors’ identities.

Why doesn’t every item have a photo?

Photographing jerseys is a key part of our authentication process, but we make jerseys available for purchase to customers as soon as possible. Photos of jerseys are uploaded as they are completed by our Photography department after we register and authenticate items. If you would like photos of a specific jersey, please contact us and be sure to include a brief description of the item and item number, if applicable. Our Photography department will process requests for photos as they are received.

What is the difference between a “game-worn” and “game-issued” jersey?

Game-worn jerseys are worn by players in preseason, regular season or post-season games and authenticated by MeiGray as such using our inventory tag registration system. Jerseys that are game-issued are also tagged, but were not worn in games. Game-issued means the team prepared the jersey for the player’s use, but the player never used it during a game. They are still authentic, team-created, and customized for the player, but will not show any signs of wear.

What are your shipping options?

We ship using United Parcel Service, Federal Express, and the US Postal Service.

What is MeiGray’s return policy?

Satisfaction is guaranteed. Refunds (minus a 5% restocking fee), exchanges, or credits will be given as long as jerseys are returned and in transit back to MeiGray within 7 days of delivery. Proof of return is required. NO EXCEPTIONS. Shipping/insurance charges are not refundable for returns unless an order or authenticity error was made by MeiGray.

Can I put an item on layaway?

Layaways are permitted for any purchased or pre-ordered jerseys, but pre-ordered jerseys must be paid in full no later than 7 days before jersey is available for delivery. Layaways are permitted on any in-stock item. Layaways can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis, but our general layaway terms are as follows: Jerseys priced under $1,000, 33 percent down and 60-day maximum layaway. Jerseys priced over $1,000, 25 percent down and 90-day maximum layaway. Credit cards or post-dated checks only on all layaway payments. No refunds on returned layaway items. Exchanges only. Delinquent layaways will be handled as follows: Once payment is 30 days overdue, item will be re-marketed. When jersey sells, payments made will be refunded minus 5 percent of the full retail price.
