Jennifer Wakefield wore this navy jersey while playing for Linkoping HC during the 2020-21 SDHL season.

A gold-medal winner with Hockey Canada during 2012 Worlds and the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Wakefield scored 17 goals with 15 assists in 31 games in Sweden's top and one of the world's most competitive leagues.

Wakefield earned dozens of accolades during her tenure at the University of New Hampshire before transferring to Boston University to finish her college career. Her first pro season came in 2012-13, when she scored 13 goals with five assists with the Toronto Furies of the Canadian Women's Hockey League.

Wakefield was one of the game's very best in the mid-2010s. From 2014-15 through 2016-17, she scored seven goals with nine assists in 15 games for Team Canada and racked up 95 goals with 50 assists in 85 games for Swedish clubs Linkoping, IK Guts, Boras HC and Nybro Flames.

The jersey has multiple unrepaired holes in the left sleeve and hem and exhibits prominent stick marks and pilling across the jersey as evidence of use. There is a very small amount of hockey tape residue found next to the crest.

This jersey was acquired via a professional hockey executive who received the jersey directly from Wakefield.
