Here's a phenomenal MeiGray Vintage jersey, a purple and gold Los Angeles Kings gamer worn by defenseman Ian Turnbull during the 1981-82 NHL regular season.

Turnbull, a 1973 First Round Draft Pick by the Toronto Maple Leafs, had a terrific 10-year NHL career. He played his first nine seasons in Toronto, then was traded to LA early in the 1981-82 season. He scored 11 goals and 15 assists in 42 games for the Kings, the season in which the Kings shocked the Edmonton Oilers in the 1982 Stanley Cup Playoffs.

The jersey, a Goodman and Sons Size XL, is all original and shows excellent use. T-U-R-N-B-U-L-L is sewn directly onto the back of the jersey. Turnbull's left arm has multiple team repairs, both arms shows board paint and good use, and the lower body exhibits dings, stick marks and board paint.

A MeiGray Vintage LOA, and an LOA from Classic Auctions, which sold this jersey to the consignor, will accompany this jersey.
