Corey Perry wore this white jersey while playing in the NHL All-Star Game on January 31, 2016. The jersey was worn in the second half of the second game, a 9-6 Pacific Division win over the Central Division, and is photo-matched.

For the first time ever, the NHL split its All-Stars into four teams at its 2016 event in Nashville's Bridgestone Arena, with one coming from each division. The teams played a 3-on-3 tournament using the league’s new overtime format.

Three 20-minute games (of two 10-minutes halves each) were played in the single elimination tournament. After the two Eastern Conference and Western Conference divisions played for the right to reach the final game, the Pacific Division All-Stars were crowned winners after a 1-0 victory over the Atlantic Division All-Stars.

Perry scored 34 goals with 28 assists without missing a game in 2015-16. He spent 14 seasons with the Anaheim Ducks/Mighty Ducks of Anaheim franchise, scoring 372 goals with 404 assists in 988 games. Perry ranks second, third and second respectively in franchise history.

This jersey has collector wear and stains on the front of the jersey. These stains are not from game use.
